Jednostavno postoji taj neki .dll i smeta jedno drugom.
Znaci biraj sta ti je vaznije od ta dva.. Instalirao sam Longhorn Inspirat temu i pojavio mi se sledeci problem.Sve je OK sem VLC Playera, kada ga startujem izbaci mi sledece:

Thesystem DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory.The application will notrun properly.The relocation occurred becouse the DLLC:/WINDOWS/system32/SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved forWindows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contactedfor a new DLL.

Uradio sam deinstal i vratio staru VistaInspirat 2 temu i sve je OK.Ponovo sam instaliro i opet isti problem pasam je definitivno obrisao.
